Hourly Design/Development/Consultation Service Labor Rates
Our base hourly labor rate is $75.00 per hour, billed in half hour minimum increments. When accessing the PayPal payment system you will have the opportunity to specify the number of hours or half hours ("Quantity") you wish to purchase. Please do so after you have spoken with someone with GETREAL MEDIA concerning the estimated amount of time necessary to perform the requested work.

Managed Web Site Hosting Service Fees/Options
GETREAL MEDIA provides best-in-class managed web site hosting services at wholesale rates to our web site design/development/marketing clients. Our payment options are structured to offer greater savings for longer term commitments. We offer one-time payment options as well as subscription options, meaning your credit card will be charged automatically at each renewal term on a recurring basis, thereby "subscribing" you to the service. Most of our clients find the subscription option to be most convenient, and it also provides the greatest opportunity to ensure that your web site account does not become suspended or deleted accidentally due to non-payment. Managed Initial Domain Name Registrations: Many of our clients enjoy letting our web professionals perform initial domain name registrations on their behalf, rather than spending their valuable time messing with do-it-yourself solutions. Our managed initial domain name registrations are just $35.00 for domain names ending in .com, .net and .org. This service includes an account creation on eCentralServices.com, the first year registration fee (which includes a 1 year registration/lease of the domain name), and all work necessary to complete the process. Once the work is complete, clients can login to their own ECS accounts with a username and password to purchase additional domain names or other services at our normal discounted rates and/or make changes in their accounts as necessary. This service includes free 24x7x365 billing and technical support via phone or the Internet. Managed Domain Name Transfers: Many of our clients have their domain name assets with other, more expensive, service providers that charge up to $35.00 per domain name (compare our prices), per year just for the annual registration/lease (as compared to our $8.95* price... and we provide a better service!). This service normally pays for itself in the second billing cycle (e.g., 2x$35=$70). Our clients realize the value of letting our web professionals handle the technicalities of transferring their valuable domain name assets for them. This includes an account creation on eCentralServices.com, the transfer fee (which includes a 1 year registration/lease extension on the domain name), and all work necessary to complete the transfer, which can be quite tedious. Once the work is complete, clients can login to their own ECS accounts with a username and password to purchase additional domain names or other services at our normal discounted rates and/or make changes in their accounts as necessary. * Plus ICANN fee of 25 cents per domain name year. Certain TLD's only. This mandatory fee is charged by ICANN (Internet Corporation For Assigned Names and Numbers: www.icann.org). and becomes effective on November 1, 2004. It is 25 cents per domain name registration year. Thus, the fee on a one year .com registration would be 25 cents. The fee would be 50 cents for a two year registration (i.e. 25 cents times 2). Additional years would be at 25 cents per year. ICANN fees apply to .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .name, .jobs, and .mobi.
